Closed bridging is no longer possible. The last
lender to offer simultaneous re-mortgages withdrew
their product recently. We'll of course provide an
update should any lender decide to re-enter this
market and offer same day re-mortgages.
An alternative No Money Down financing system is
being piloted now that allows you to use any
purchase buy to let mortgage.
